All products are subject to availability. If a product ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative product or arrange a refund.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
When placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by MRO Building Supplies. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or an error has occurred in the product description or pricing.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available by us. Payment information is processed through our approved payment providers, and MRO Building Supplies does not retain your full credit card details.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery timeframes provided by MRO Building Supplies are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, order size, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible.
Where applicable, ownership and risk in products will pass to the customer in accordance with the applicable law and the agreed terms of sale.
MRO Building Supplies will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, adverse weather, road conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations will be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable South African legislation.
Where a return is permitted, products may be required to be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase, subject to the nature of the product and the circumstances of the return.
Refunds will be processed once returned products have been received and inspected, where an inspection is applicable.
Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange where permitted by law, including products that have been specially ordered, customised, cut to size, mixed, tinted, or otherwise prepared specifically for a customer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.
6. Product Warranties & Liability
Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee. Any manufacturer's warranty will be subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms and conditions.
MRO Building Supplies will not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect handling, improper installation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, alteration of products, or normal wear and tear, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MRO Building Supplies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
